Electronic Record Document Management System (ERDMS)

The main objective of the Electronic Management Record Management System was to automate working processes for the needs of the government of the Republic of Macedonia based on the EMC documentum platform.
The whole projects was consisting from the following:

  • Business Analysis
  • Design and architecture of the system
  • System Development
  • QA
  • Production Implementation
  • Training
  • Maintenance Support

ERDMS is a solution is used by ministries, the General Secretariat, Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia, Secretariat for Legislation, Secretariat for European Affairs, Secretariat for the Framework Agreement, and the Office of General Affairs.
As a result of this initiative, all civil servants will have the option of electronic creation and management of all types of documents, including the conversion of paper into electronic documents and for further electronic processing. That means significantly improved capabilities and capacities for managing documents that are owned by institutions.
